We’re looking for an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our team onsite in The Villages, Florida. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, this full-time role offers an opportunity to make a direct impact by supporting team members, strengthening compliance, and helping build an engaging, people-centered culture.

If you enjoy being the go-to-person for all things HR, balancing payroll accuracy, employee relations, and process improvement, this role will give you the variety and visibility you’re looking for.

What You’ll Do

· Serve as a trusted resource to team members and managers by answering day-to-day HR questions with professionalism and care.

· Process and review biweekly payroll accurately and timely; coordinate with Paylocity and other vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations.

· Administer employee benefits programs, assist with enrollments, and communicate benefit updates throughout the year.

· Support employee relations, assist with documentation and investigations, and help maintain a positive, compliant workplace culture.

· Maintain compliance with state and federal employment laws; prepare and organize audit-ready documentation.

· Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless team member experience.

· Partner with leadership on HR projects such as policy updates, engagement initiatives, and HR process improvements.

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.

· 4-5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR coordinator role.

· Strong understanding of benefit & payroll administration, HR compliance, and employee relations fundamentals.

· Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

. Professional, approachable demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others.

· HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP), a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

· Full-time, onsite position based in Summerfield/The Villages, Florida

· Salary range: $50,000-$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
