What You’ll Do
- HR Support & Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and HR best practices.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Assist with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to join our team.
- HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies while maintaining HR records.
- Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Support payroll processing and help employees navigate our competitive benefits package.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and professional development.
- HR Data & Reporting: Maintain HRIS systems, track key HR metrics, and generate reports as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of HR experience required.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to effectively engage with employees, leadership, and external partners.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems is a bonus.
- Team Player: Passion for fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee success.
