Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, and support organizational growth through effective human capital management. The HR Generalist will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with business objectives.

Duties

  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS.
  • Manage employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to support performance management initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using systems like Paychex, ADP, or UltiPro.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA, OSHA, and affirmative action planning.
  • Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies and facilitate resolution processes.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data collection and entry within systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft.
  • Support change management initiatives and assist in organizational design projects to optimize workforce management.
  • Develop and implement training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Assist with project management tasks related to HR initiatives including succession planning and strategic planning efforts.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and data analysis for leadership review using tools like Salesforce or Paylocity.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and HR sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro.
  • Strong understanding of employment & labor law compliance including FMLA, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Experience with benefits administration tools such as Paychex, ADP, or Paylocity.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with experience in organizational design and change management projects.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Skilled in data collection, entry, analysis, and reporting for strategic decision-making purposes.
  • Familiarity with social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $52,257.06 - $62,933.24 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
