Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to lead and manage core HR programs in a dynamic, non-compartmentalized environment. This role is based at our Corporate HQ and requires hands-on ownership of key HR functions while also handling employee relations cases. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, is a strategic thinker, and excels at multitasking.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

  • Lead the full talent cycle including annual goal setting, 9-box talent reviews, performance management (SuccessFactors), personal development plans, and learning & development initiatives—including evaluating new LMS vendors.

Employee Engagement:

  • Launch and manage the annual engagement survey, analyze results, and drive department-level action plans. Organize all engagement events at HQ and lead the exit interview process.

Benefits Administration:

  • Own and manage all U.S. employee benefits programs.

Onboarding:

  • Oversee and enhance onboarding processes including new hire orientation and 30-60-90 day check-ins.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance issues.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role with exposure to benefits, training, and employee relations.
  • Experience in environments without HR shared services or heavy compartmentalization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
  • SHRM-CP certification required.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with urgency.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • International HR experience is a plus.
