Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented
Senior HR Generalist
to lead and manage core HR programs in a dynamic, non-compartmentalized environment. This role is based at our Corporate HQ and requires hands-on ownership of key HR functions while also handling employee relations cases. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, is a strategic thinker, and excels at multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management:

Lead the full talent cycle including annual goal setting, 9-box talent reviews, performance management (SuccessFactors), personal development plans, and learning & development initiatives—including evaluating new LMS vendors.
Employee Engagement:

Launch and manage the annual engagement survey, analyze results, and drive department-level action plans. Organize all engagement events at HQ and lead the exit interview process.
Benefits Administration:

Own and manage all U.S. employee benefits programs.
Onboarding:

Oversee and enhance onboarding processes including new hire orientation and 30-60-90 day check-ins.
Employee Relations:

Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance issues.
Qualifications:

7+ years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role with exposure to benefits, training, and employee relations.

Experience in environments without HR shared services or heavy compartmentalization.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.

SHRM-CP certification required.

Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with urgency.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

International HR experience is a plus.
