Human Resources Generalist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. : The Human Resources Generalist supports a broad range of HR functions with a focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, and performance management. This individual will partner closely with department leaders to attract top talent, enhance employee development, and ensure that HR processes align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training in logistics, tracking participation, and assisting in the creation of materials and facilitation of training
• Assist with performance review coordination and employee engagement activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to streamline HR processes and enhance employee satisfaction
• Coordinate and facilitate feedback sessions with all probationary associates
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
• Experience with HRIS platform Paylocity preferred.
• 1-3 years Human Resources experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and basic employment law.
• 1-3 years Human Resources experience.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with an emphasis on strategic planning and workforce management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
