A growing global organization is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working across all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting people operations, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.


Responsibilities:

  • Support HR policy development, compliance, and performance management processes.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for related inquiries.
  • Maintain and update HRIS records, generate reports, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews.
  • Handle employee relations matters, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Partner with leadership on talent development, training, and feedback programs.


Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to recruitment, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
