A growing global organization is seeking a motivated and experienced
HR Generalist
to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working across all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting people operations, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Responsibilities:

Support HR policy development, compliance, and performance management processes.

Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for related inquiries.

Maintain and update HRIS records, generate reports, and ensure accurate documentation.

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews.

Handle employee relations matters, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events.

Partner with leadership on talent development, training, and feedback programs.
Qualifications:

2–3 years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to recruitment, performance management, and HR administration.

Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
