Human Resources Generalist

Tarvos Talent is partnering with a respected educational organization in San Antonio, TX to identify a contract HR Generalist. This onsite role offers the chance to support a growing HR function in a collaborative, people-focused environment while working closely with employees and leadership.

You’ll manage day-to-day HR operations, serve as a primary resource for employee questions, and support key areas such as onboarding, offboarding, personnel changes, and HR documentation. You’ll also assist with employee relations matters, track performance processes, and help ensure smooth and compliant HR workflows.

The strongest candidates will have at least three years of HR experience with exposure to employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships with staff and leaders are essential.
