Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Administer benefits programs and benefits documentation using HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro to ensure accurate data entry and timely processing.
- Support performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, performance reviews, and succession planning efforts aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations including OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Lead change management projects related to organizational design, workforce management strategies, or HR system implementations like Paychex or Dayforce.
- Maintain accurate HR records related to contracts, data collection, data entry, and HR sourcing activities while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and employment law compliance across diverse jurisdictions.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro; familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Paychex is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels and convey complex HR policies clearly.
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media management tools and ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo to attract top talent.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism and tact; adept at conflict management techniques.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and safety standards to promote a safe work environment.
- Experience in training & development programs focusing on employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Skilled in organizational design, workforce planning, performance management systems, and strategic planning initiatives aimed at enhancing overall human resources management practices.
