Agape is an outpatient clinic that provides physical, occupational, speech, and feeding therapy for children birth to age twenty-one.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment
• Job postings
• Screen, schedule, and interview candidates
• Ensure good communication and an overall positive candidate experience
• Coordinate job offers
• Onboard new employees
• Answer questions and assist new employees with benefit enrollment
• Maintain accurate personnel files
• Track key hiring metrics
• Represent the clinic at community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
• Ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork
• Assist in exit procedures including exit interviews, collecting company property, and ensuring system deactivation
• Maintain confidentiality
• Support a joyful and respectful work environment
• Help us hire more therapists so we can help more children and families!
