We are looking for an HR Generalist
(Saudi)
to join our team and handle key HR responsibilities, focusing on recruitment, contracts, and employee relations. You will play a central role in supporting our staff and ensuring smooth HR processes while working closely with management.
Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment from job posting to shortlisting CVs, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department managers.

Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.

Support employees with HR-related inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.

Maintain accurate employee records and contracts.

Assist in ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of HR experience, ideally with recruitment experience.

Good knowledge of Saudi labor law.

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
