We are looking for an HR Generalist (Saudi) to join our team and handle key HR responsibilities, focusing on recruitment, contracts, and employee relations. You will play a central role in supporting our staff and ensuring smooth HR processes while working closely with management.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage recruitment from job posting to shortlisting CVs, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department managers.
  • Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Support employees with HR-related inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and contracts.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, ideally with recruitment experience.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labor law.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Professional, approachable, and discreet with sensitive information.
