Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in our office in EDNC-SODIC, Cairo, Egypt. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will manage daily HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration. You will also serve as a key point of contact for staff, fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and contributing to the professional development of the team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources, including HR management and HR policies
• Experience managing employee benefits and benefits administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the food and hospitality industry is a plus
