Your Mission

To attract, identify, and hire amazing dental professionals—people with energy, heart, and a passion for patient care—while supporting our teams through thoughtful, consistent HR practices.

Recruiting is not a task here.
It is a core business function.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Dental Recruiting (Primary Focus)

• Full-cycle recruiting for dental roles including front office, assistants, hygienists, and doctors
• High-volume hiring to support growth and new locations
• Proactively sourcing candidates who align with our patient-first culture
• Screening for attitude, energy, empathy, and professionalism—not just resumes
• Partnering closely with executive leadership and office managers
• Performance bonuses paid per successful hire

HR Generalist Support

• Onboarding new dental team members with intention and consistency
• Supporting employee relations and engagement
• Maintaining HR compliance and documentation
• Assisting leaders with people strategy and team development
• Protecting and strengthening our culture as we scale
