Human Resources Generalist

Duties

  • Manage human capital management processes, including onboarding, employee orientation, and ongoing talent development to ensure seamless integration and continuous growth.
  • Oversee employee evaluation procedures, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives to promote workforce excellence.
  • Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with OSHA regulations to support employee well-being and safety.
  • Lead recruitment efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Taleo to attract top talent through effective sourcing strategies and social media management.
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly, managing change initiatives through change management practices, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law requirements while maintaining accurate data collection, data entry, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records using platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Support organizational design projects, HR sourcing activities, and administrative functions including payroll processing via systems like Paychex or ADP to streamline operations.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of human resources management principles, including talent acquisition, performance management, and training & development.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Kronos, or Ceridian for effective workforce management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management sensitively and professionally.
  • Experience with benefits administration, affirmative action planning, OSHA compliance, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations to ensure organizational compliance across all HR activities.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
