Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with solid hands-on experience across core HR functions. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, payroll, personnel operations, and performance management, with practical experience using Zoho People.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
  • Handle employee insurance processes (medical & social insurance)
  • Prepare and support payroll activities (attendance, deductions, benefits)
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and employee files
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and performance management processes
  • Handle employee relations and respond to HR inquiries
  • Generate HR reports and maintain data accuracy on HR systems
  • Utilize Zoho People for attendance, leave management, and employee data



Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and personnel functions
  • Experience with medical & social insurance processes
  • Familiarity with performance management and appraisal systems
  • Experience using Zoho People is a must
  • Manufacturing or industrial background is preferred
  • Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
