We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our home health care team in Arlington on a full-time basis. In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing all aspects of human resources functions, ensuring a positive, compliant, and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through Indeed and other social media sources.
• Administer employee orientation programs and facilitate ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance staff skills and compliance..
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA standards, workers’ compensation policies, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate benefits administration activities such as enrollment, changes, and inquiries..
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR data collection and reporting for strategic planning purposes while maintaining accurate data entry in Axxess.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management within healthcare or home health care settings is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Indeed (job postings, resume screening, and applicant tracking).
• Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA and OSHA standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
