Job Responsibilities
- Manage local HR compliance and execute policies related to labor contracts, compensation, benefits, and performance management
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits coordination, and assistance with visas/work authorization as needed
- Conduct recruitment activities based on business needs, supporting technical and management roles
- Assist with employee relations matters, including employee communications, labor disputes, and employment risk management
- Support the localization and implementation of company culture and promote cross-cultural collaboration between local and global teams
- Coordinate with external partners such as local attorneys, insurance providers, and tax advisors to support daily HR operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR-related experience, manufacturing company experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of local labor laws and basic employment compliance requirements
- Bilingual Mandarin is highly preferred
- Detail-oriented, execution-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities
