HR Generalist (Part-Time, Remote with some limited, onsite required)
Seeking a detail-oriented HR professional with a knack for technology! We’re looking for a Part-Time HR Generalist to join our team and help keep our HR operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do: - Manage HRIS systems, data entry, and processing to include onboarding and offboarding; Handle HR administration (experience with Paychex, ADP, Kelly Benefits, or similar required) - Maintain and update employee handbooks and policies - Support benefits administration and employee inquiries - Assist with reporting, administrative work, and other HR tasks.
What We’re Looking For: - Strong technical skills and experience with HRIS and payroll systems - Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask - Solid understanding of HRIS, benefits, and employment policies - Comfortable working independently in a remote setup - Must be proficient in MS applications to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills required. Comfortability with numbers a plus.
At least 2 years of similar HR experience required.
Our office is located in Westminster, MD. (preferred for occasional onsite collaboration).

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
