Human Resources Generalist/Benefits Administrator

United Producers, Inc. is one of the nation's largest livestock marketing cooperatives, providing livestock marketing, credit, and risk management solutions to its members. We are currently looking to add to our HR team and are hiring for an HR Generalist with a concentration in payroll and benefits.

Job Overview
This position will report to the HR Manager and will have a variety of HR responsibilities, including, but not limited to: Benefits, Recruiting, Workers Compensation, Onboarding, and Employee Relations. This position will also be responsible for backing up our Payroll Administrator.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 1 year of payroll and benefits experience required.
• Experience in a multi-state environment preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Employment and Benefit laws.
• Prior experience using ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Must have strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to multi-task, excellent time-management skills, and be team-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
