Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive / HR Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll support, compliance, and HR policy implementation.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

  • Create and post job ads on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate tests.
  • Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.

Employee Lifecycle

  • Handle onboarding, orientation, and induction for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and employee offboarding.

Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal process.
  • Facilitate training and development plans.
  • Maintain KPIs for performance reviews.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll inputs.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, LWF, etc.).
  • Maintain HR policies in compliance with government regulations.

Employee Engagement

  • Conduct employee events, surveys, and morale-boosting activities.
  • Resolve employee queries and promote healthy work culture.

Skills & QualificationsRequired:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 1–4 years of experience in HR generalist role
✔ Hands-on experience with recruitment portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri)
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Good organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Basic understanding of payroll & compliance

Preferred:

Experience with HR software (HRMS / attendance systems)
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws
Experience in tech / SaaS companies
