We are seeking a people-focused, results-driven Human Resources Manager to support HR operations at our Columbia, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility. This role is essential in partnering with our workforce and leadership team, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of HR leadership experience, including a strong background in unionized environments and the ability to act as a strategic HR business partner.

Serve as a trusted HR advisor for the Columbia, PA plant, supporting approximately 400+ employees and collaborating cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition and other HR centers of excellence.
- Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals, driving workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights to influence business decisions on workforce trends, engagement, and productivity.
- Manage labor relations, including contract interpretation, grievance handling, and proactive union engagement.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
- Oversee performance management, employee development, and succession planning, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline.
- Consult leaders on employee relations, organizational design, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for leadership and corporate HR.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven experience working with unionized workforces and labor contracts.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with leadership to drive business results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
