MA Links Private Limited is looking for a professional, experienced, and highly organized HR Manager to lead and manage the company’s Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, recruitment, communication, and employee management skills to help build a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR operations and office discipline
- Handle recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and company procedures
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and professionalism
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements
- Build a healthy and productive workplace culture
- Handle conflict resolution and employee concerns professionally
- Ensure proper reporting structure and department coordination
- Support management in company restructuring and team building
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Mandatory)
- At least 3 years of professional HR experience required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Professional personality and management capabilities
- Ability to handle recruitment and employee relations effectively
- Good understanding of corporate workplace ethics and HR systems
