Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Overview

MA Links Private Limited is looking for a professional, experienced, and highly organized HR Manager to lead and manage the company’s Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, recruitment, communication, and employee management skills to help build a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete HR operations and office discipline
  • Handle recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and company procedures
  • Monitor employee attendance, performance, and professionalism
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements
  • Build a healthy and productive workplace culture
  • Handle conflict resolution and employee concerns professionally
  • Ensure proper reporting structure and department coordination
  • Support management in company restructuring and team building

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Mandatory)
  • At least 3 years of professional HR experience required
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Professional personality and management capabilities
  • Ability to handle recruitment and employee relations effectively
  • Good understanding of corporate workplace ethics and HR systems

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
