Human Resources (HR) Officer

Sialkot, Pakistan

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection process (job postings, screening, interviews).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll assistance.
  • Support onboarding & orientation of new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or relevant field (Fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software/tools will be an added advantage.
