Human Resources (HR) Officer

A leading construction and landscaping company is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join its dynamic team. We deliver high-quality construction and landscaping projects and are committed to fostering a safe, efficient, and motivated workforce.

The HR Officer will manage human resources functions for both office and site teams. This includes recruitment, workforce management, compliance with labor laws, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction, landscaping, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for office, site, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and workforce planning across multiple projects.
• Maintain accurate HR records, payroll, and attendance for site and office staff.
• Support managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Contribute to HR strategy and initiatives that enhance workplace culture and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, landscaping, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing site-based and project-based workforces.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
