Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, Alternate Saturdays Off)
Note: Candidate must be flexible to stay for night-shift coordination when required.
About Us
We are a growing company seeking a dedicated and proactive HR & Operations Manager to build and lead our HR department from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys taking ownership, and can independently set up policies, systems, and a positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management
- Set up HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook from scratch.
- Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and exit processes.
- Handle attendance, leave records, salary processing, F&F settlements, payroll, and notice periods.
- Address HR-related issues for both day and night shift teams.
- Maintain strong communication with night shift employees (occasionally staying during night hours when needed).
- Oversee internships, probation evaluations, and employee development plans.
- Foster a friendly, positive, and inclusive work culture.
Operations & Administration
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle petty cash, bank-related tasks, and basic office expenses.
- Organize office events, celebrations, and culture-building activities.
- Coordinate with employees to generate content and participation for social media.
- Ensure the workplace environment is clean, organized, and employee-friendly.
Leadership & Coordination
- Act as the bridge between management and employees.
- Train and motivate staff to improve performance and maintain discipline.
- Ensure policy compliance and timely reporting to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager / HR & Operations Manager (preferably in a mid-sized or growing company).
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, payroll, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently without guidance and set up processes from scratch.
- Comfortable interacting with both day and night teams.
