HRIS Specialist (Human Resources Information Systems)
Job Purpose
Manage, operate, and enhance Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, improve processes, and support decision-making through reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the HRIS and ensure its efficient operation

Maintain and update employee data (hiring, promotions, salaries, leaves, etc.)

Prepare periodic reports (attendance, payroll, performance, turnover)

Analyze HR data to support management decision-making

Coordinate with the IT department to resolve technical issues
-
Improve and optimize system processes
-
Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data
-
Train users (HR team & managers) on system usage
-
Monitor integration between HRIS and other systems (Payroll, ERP)
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
-
2–5 years of experience in HRIS or HR data analysis
-
Familiarity with systems such as SAP HR, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or similar

Strong Excel skills; knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus
