Human Resources Information System Specialist

Our client, Beveridge & Diamond , a nationally recognized environmental law firm, is looking for an HRIS Specialist to help power their people systems, data, and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, working with data, and making HR operations more efficient and insightful.


What you will do:

  • Maintain HRIS and related systems, including workflows, data updates, testing, and issue resolution
  • Build reports and dashboards on workforce data
  • Support updates and integration of new HR and talent platforms or new modules
  • Improve workflows and automate processes


What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of HRIS or HR operations systems experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with HRIS platforms, reporting tools, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.

This role offers a hybrid model with a minimum of three in-office days per week.
