HR Integrations Partner
Purpose
Lead HR integration during acquisitions, ensuring smooth transition of team members into CERTUS. Manage payroll and benefits setup, HR onboarding, and leader orientation through stabilization, then hand off to field HR. Safeguard compliance, support change management, and deliver a consistent HR experience for acquired team members.
Key Contributions
Acquisition Integration
- Serve as the HR lead for acquisitions, managing acquired team members from close through first payroll cycles and benefits enrollment.
- Deliver white-glove orientation for new leaders, ensuring smooth transition into CERTUS expectations, culture, and systems.
- Guide managers through change management, supporting communication, issue resolution, and team stabilization.
- Own HR-related team member communications post-close (benefits, payroll, policies, orientation).
- Partner with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure system setup, eligibility, and deductions are accurate.
- Conduct a warm handoff to field HR post-stabilization, providing leader introductions, acquisition briefings, and debrief documentation
Continuous Improvement & Support
- Review Gateway HR, L&D, and Ops content for accuracy and updates, flag issues to Communications Manager for refresh.
- Maintain documentation of acquisition nuances (compliance risks, cultural differences, lessons learned).
- Standardize HR integration playbooks to ensure consistent, repeatable processes across acquisitions.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to surface integration best practices and apply them to future deals.
Success Metrics
- Payroll/benefits accuracy: 100% of acquired team members onboarded correctly by first eligible payroll/benefits cycle.
- Leader orientation: ≥ 90% of new leaders report confidence in navigating CERTUS within first 30 days.
- Team stabilization: ≥ 85% of acquired team members retained through first 90 days.
- Communication clarity: 100% of HR-related comms delivered accurately and on time post-close.
- Gateway accuracy: ≥ 95% of HR-related content reviewed and updated within 30 days of identified changes.
- Handoff quality: 100% of acquisitions transitioned to field HR with documented debriefs.
- Playbook adoption: 100% of new acquisitions launched with current HR integration process templates.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
