We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers a hands-on experience across key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR systems. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship period. Please note the Internship program is NOT INCENTIVIZED !!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Support new hire onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Help monitor and respond to HR-related queries from staff.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
