We are seeking a proactive and motivated
  
   HR Intern
  
  to support our Human Resources team in a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers a hands-on experience across key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR systems.
  
   High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship period. Please note the Internship program is NOT INCENTIVIZED !!
  
   Key Responsibilities:
  
- 
   Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  
- 
   Support new hire onboarding and documentation processes.
  
- 
   Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
  
- 
   Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities and internal events.
  
- 
   Help monitor and respond to HR-related queries from staff.
  
- 
   Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  
- 
   Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
  
   Requirements:
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  
- 
   Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  
- 
   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
- 
   High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
- 
   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
- 
   Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  
- 
   Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
