Internship Description:

Assist in preparing and maintaining compensation and benefits data and reports.

Support payroll activities, including data collection, validation, and documentation.

Help in updating employee records related to incentives, and benefits.

Participate in salary benchmarking and market research activities.

Help in updating employee records related to employee benefits programs (medical insurance, allowances, etc.)

Handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits under supervision.
Duration
: 6 Months.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
Experience:
