Human Resources Lead (Female)

Nai Subah Youth Empowerment Trust is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Lead to manage all human resource functions of the organization. The role focuses on recruitment, staff development, HR operations, and creating a supportive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
• Manage staff performance, appraisals, and professional development plans
• Handle employee relations, attendance, and disciplinary matters
• Support training, capacity-building, and staff wellness initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports
• Work closely with senior management to support organizational goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in an HR leadership or senior HR role (NGO experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of HR policies and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with diverse teams, including youth and persons with disabilities
• Empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
• Most importantly: someone whose passion for service and philanthropy shines through in their daily work.
