Human Resources Manager

About Us:

Hyper Budget Hyper Market is a fast-growing retail business dedicated to providing customers with quality products at affordable prices. We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records.
  • Oversee training, performance evaluation, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Support management in manpower planning and organizational growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of HR management experience (preferably in retail or FMCG sector).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
