Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory); MBA/PGDM in HR.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices in the manufacturing sector.

Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll software.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, labour-intensive environment.

Familiarity with union handling and collective bargaining is a plus.
