- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with prior experience in handling HR operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance as per labor laws.
- Implement HR policies and support organizational growth through structured processes.
- Act as the bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and effective employee management.
