Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Align HR strategy with business objectives and manufacturing operations.
- Partner with plant leadership to drive productivity, workforce stability, and employee morale.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Develop manpower planning models to support production targets and expansion.
Learning & Development
- Design and implement training programs for technical skills, safety, and leadership.
- Promote continuous learning and upskilling across all levels.
Performance Management
- Drive performance appraisal cycles and competency mapping.
- Implement KPIs and productivity-linked reward systems. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Manage industrial relations, union negotiations, and grievance redressal.
- Foster a positive work culture through engagement programs and communication forums.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory act, ESI, PF, and other statutory obligations.
- Maintain audit readiness and liaise with government authorities as needed.
HR Operations & Systems
- Oversee payroll, HRIS, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Streamline HR processes for operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- 13–18 years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in a manufacturing setup.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and union management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
