We are looking for an HR Manager to work with our leadership team. This position is based primarily at home, but you will travel biweekly for orientation and to our Findlay & Lima offices, as needed. You will support our dynamic organization of 175 employees. We are fast-paced and full of change. We have to be to have the highest quality and positive impact possible for people throughout our communities.

How you'll make a difference:
You will manage our human resources operations – the team, HR consulting, employee relations, information management systems (ADP), benefit administration, and compliance requirements. You will maintain confidentiality of sensitive information as you help others navigate and address organizational and people changes.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop, communicate, and execute people-centered practices. Your work will keep you connected with payroll and finance, operations, training, clinical, and other teams. All with an eye on our guiding principles and organizational objectives so that decisions and activities are aligned with who we are and who we aspire to be.

Who are you:

An example of an acceptable qualification for this position is: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related discipline; five-plus (5+) years of experience in and evidence of a broad knowledge of human resources functions, responsibilities, and people leadership.
