JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: HR Manager/Lead - Operation

Job type: Permanent

Experience: 7+ years

NP – 30 Days / Immediate

Mode: In Hybrid WFO

Location: Pune Hinjewadi Phase III


JD Key Responsibilities

  • International Background Verification (BGV): Manage and streamline the international background verification process to ensure compliance and accuracy in hiring.
  • HR Operations Management: Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Global HR Experience: Collaborate with HR teams across various regions to implement best practices and ensure consistency in HR operations globally.
  • Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, helping to improve employee retention and workplace culture.
  • International Movement of Employees: Knowledge of movement of employees across international, ensuring compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on international HR practices.
  • Strong knowledge of international background verification processes and compliance. Experience in onboarding and exit interview processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in the European region.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
