Job Summary:
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing the full range of human resource activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, and compliance. The role ensures alignment between HR practices and business objectives to support a productive, motivated, and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection).
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Maintain employee databases and documentation.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues in coordination with management.
- Foster a positive work culture and conduct engagement initiatives.
- Ensure employee satisfaction and retention through regular communication and feedback sessions.
3. Performance Management
- Assist in setting KPIs and performance goals for employees.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HRMS updates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Maintain records of training and skill enhancement activities.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly HR reports, headcount, and attrition data.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3–6 years of HR experience (preferably in a similar industry).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
