This position requires providing support in all areas of human resources including planning, directing, and coordinating HR activities of a General Beverage Sales Company. Duties include employee compensation issues, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an associate degree in human resources preferred or equivalent job-related experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Minimum of three years of related work experience.
• High degree of judgment, discretion, and knowledge of the company, its policies, personnel, and how to enable them to work independently under general guidelines.
• Trustworthiness and honesty based on the access to highly confidential personnel information.
• General knowledge of accounting and payroll practices.
• Knowledge of benefit practices and ability to administer the company’s benefit programs.
• Knowledge to formulate employment goals and objectives consistent within the company, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines.
