Overview
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be the driving force behind our organization's most valuable asset—our people! Your expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management will empower you to create an environment where employees thrive and contribute to our success.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee orientation, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and programs that promote organizational design and process improvement.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts and facilitating resolution strategies that enhance workplace harmony.
  • Lead performance management initiatives to ensure continuous development and evaluation of employees.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives through strategic planning and change management.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection and analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Administer payroll processes while ensuring compliance with FMLA regulations and workers' compensation requirements.
  • Drive training and development programs that enhance employee skills and support succession planning efforts.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and conflict management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, including OSHA regulations, FMLA guidelines, and labor law compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation skills for contracts and benefits administration.
  • Experience supervising teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques along with data analysis skills to drive informed HR decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills complemented by strong presentation abilities to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
