An HR Manager with 5 years of experience is expected to have a strong understanding of human resources practices, labor laws, and employee management. They should be adept at developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role also involves fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee relations issues, and driving employee engagement and development. HR Manager Must Maintain and Follow Fair and Equitable Employment Practices. Assist with the pointers shown and more based on HR Department and Business requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Leading and refining the onboarding process to ensure new hires are equipped for success.
  • Employee Advocacy: Acting as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and providing fair resolutions.
  • Engagement and Retention: Designing and implementing programs to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Overseeing training programs aimed at career development and skill enhancement.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Monitoring adherence to labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing performance review processes and setting clear benchmarks.
  • Workforce Analytics: Analyzing workforce data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • The ideal candidate for this role should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role. They should also have a solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Designs, implements, and manages the formal employee evaluation process to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Trains managers on how to conduct effective reviews, including giving specific, actionable, and constructive feedback.
  • Helps align employee goals with organizational objectives through formal reviews and follow-up conversations.
  • Handles potential employee-manager conflicts or issues that may arise during the review process.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identifies training needs across the organization based on performance reviews and other data.
  • Develops and delivers training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Helps create development plans for employees, including opportunities for career progression within the company.
  • Goal Setting:
  • Guides managers and employees in setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals.
  • Uses goal-setting to motivate employees and ensure their work contributes to business objectives.
  • Employee's job duties are flexible and subject to change based on the evolving needs, goals, and operational demands of the respective department, business and the company as a whole.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
