Human Resources Manager

At Sree Ranga Department Stores, Dharmapuri, we are looking for an experienced HR professional with the expertise to develop and customize HR policies from the ground up, ensuring they effectively address the needs of both employees and the organization.

Experience in employee recruitment, training, and development

Experience implementing HR policies and managing staff performance

Knowledge of labor laws and compliance

2-5 years of experience in human resources management

Must be located in commutable distance to Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu, India

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,168.03 - ₹45,000.00 per month
