We're hiring a full-time Human Resources Manager to oversee crucial HR aspects, increase employee engagement, and develop talent pipelines. What You'll Be Doing:

  • HR Operations & Compliance - appropriately managing confidential records and information, overseeing compliance tracking and incident reporting, updating HR policies to reflect changing federal and state laws, and assisting leadership with employee investigations and corrective actions.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - leading the full-cycle recruiting process and proactively seeking out candidates to build a strong talent pipeline. This includes managing job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and job offers. You'll also oversee new hire onboarding, collect feedback, and adjust the program accordingly.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture - monitoring engagement rates, identifying trends, and using this data to organize effective company events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities. You'll also help leadership develop retention strategies.
  • Performance Development - coordinating performance review cycles, supporting training programs, and coaching managers on employee development, goal setting, and career path planning.
  • Benefits Administration - assisting employees during the benefits enrollment process and monitoring the market to keep compensation competitive.

Our Ideal Human Resources Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field like business or human resources OR an equivalent amount of HR experience
  • 3+ years of HR generalist or management experience, ideally with a multi-location or service-based business
  • Proven success in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence culture, increase engagement, and build talent pipelines
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Preferred - Human resource certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
  • Preferred - Automotive/trade industry experience
  • Preferred - Familiarity with HR software (HRIS), applicant tracking, and training platforms
