Salary: $75,000–$100,000/year DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

With approximately 300 employees, we support a diverse and compassionate workforce committed to improving our patients’ lives every day.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across our Colorado-based teams.Position SummaryThe HR Manager is responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, benefits support, and regulatory compliance across all service lines. This role works closely with the Chief Operations Officer and leadership team to support organizational growth and ensure a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-scope HR operations for a ~300-employee healthcare organization
  • Oversee employee relations, coaching, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing for clinical, administrative, and caregiver staff
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (CDPHE, CMS, OSHA, EVV, labor laws)
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and personnel files
  • Support performance evaluations, training initiatives, and retention programs
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management
  • Provide HR guidance to supervisors and leadership teams
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture

QualificationsRequired:

  • 3+ years of HR management or HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and Colorado labor laws
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced HR operations

Preferred:

  • Healthcare, home health, home care, or hospice experience
  • Familiarity with CDPHE, CMS, and EVV requirements
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP)
