Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources management, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all facets of HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while promoting a culture of engagement, growth, and excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping policies, managing HR systems, and supporting senior leadership in strategic planning efforts.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives to enhance workforce effectiveness and organizational growth.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes such as employee orientation.
  • Oversee employee relations programs to maintain a positive work environment, address conflicts effectively, and ensure compliance with employment laws including FMLA, OSHA, and labor regulations.
  • Manage performance management systems by establishing evaluation processes, coaching managers on employee evaluation techniques, and supporting career development initiatives such as training & development programs.
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and other perks using HRIS platforms like Workday.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment & labor law requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and implementing policy updates.
  • Supervise HR staff and coordinate HR program management activities to optimize efficiency across functions such as payroll processing (using workday), benefits administration, and HR data analysis.
  • Lead change management initiatives to improve processes through process improvement techniques while supporting organizational design efforts for optimal structure and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning related to human capital management (HCM), succession planning, and talent management to support organizational growth objectives.
  • Maintain detailed records of HR metrics including data collection for analysis purposes to inform decision-making and improve overall HR service delivery.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing (HR sourcing), interviewing techniques, onboarding processes, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong negotiation skills for contract management related to benefits administration and vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising HR teams with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems such as Workday.
  • Expertise in performance management frameworks and employee evaluation processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ability to develop effective training & development programs that foster employee growth and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences including senior leadership.
  • Skilled in conflict management techniques to resolve workplace disputes efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Competence in strategic planning for human capital management (HCM), succession planning, process improvement initiatives, and change management strategies.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
