Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive who can handle recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and basic HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, good with communication, and comfortable managing day-to-day HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Posting job openings on portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia)
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Conducting telephonic interviews
- Scheduling face-to-face interviews with the team
- Maintaining hiring records and status reports
2. Employee Onboarding
- Preparing offer letters and joining documents
- Coordinating the onboarding process
- Maintaining employee files and HR documentation
3. HR Operations
- Attendance & leave tracking
- Maintaining employee records in Excel / Google Sheets
- Supporting payroll team with attendance data
- Handling employee queries
4. Office Coordination
- Maintaining a positive and disciplined work environment
- Supporting management in daily HR tasks
- Managing basic admin work when required
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Experience in recruitment
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to coordinate with candidates and team members
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (HR specialization preferred)
- HR internship or 1–2 years’ experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
