We are a fast-growing commercial and residential cleaning company operating in 3 states, and we’re looking for a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. If you’re an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has proven experience with multi-state payroll, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all HR functions across multiple states
• Manage full-cycle payroll processing accurately and on schedule
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
• Maintain HR policies, records, and reporting
• Partner with management to support company growth and employee success

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ of HR experience (multi-state experience strongly preferred)
• Payroll processing expertise (ADP expert)
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
