Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive experience in human capital management, organizational design, and strategic planning to support the company's growth and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, Workers' Compensation regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll systems (such as Workday, ADP, Paychex), and HRIS platforms (like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) for accurate data collection and reporting.
- Lead performance management processes including employee evaluations, goal setting, and recognition programs.
- Supervise HR sourcing activities including recruiting efforts using ATS systems like Taleo or UltiPro to attract top talent.
- Manage organizational design projects to optimize structure and improve process efficiencies through continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Handle contract negotiations related to employment terms and manage compliance with company policies.
- Support senior leadership in strategic planning efforts related to human resources and organizational development.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA, OSHA regulations, and Workers' Compensation policies.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, succession planning, and talent management strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex employment contracts and agreements.
- Demonstrated expertise in HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP or Paylocity; data analysis skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations and presentation of HR initiatives to senior leadership.
- Skilled in conflict management, change management, program management, and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to supervise HR teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR metrics analysis for strategic decision-making; proficiency in budgeting is a plus. Pay: $96,437.63 - $142,053.91 per year
