The
HR & Administration Manager
is responsible for managing all human resources functions and administrative operations within the company. This role ensures that staffing, compliance, employee relations, and office operations support the fast-paced needs of a fit-out business, including project-based manpower management, site coordination, and adherence to labor and HSE regulations.
Key
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company objectives.

Manage full recruitment cycle for office, technical, and site-based roles.

Lead onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.

Maintain updated job descriptions, KPIs, and organizational structure.

Manage performance evaluation systems and support department heads in performance improvement plans.
-
Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, overtime, and leave management systems.
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa processing, work permits, and employee documentation.

Develop retention programs, employee engagement activities, and training initiatives.
-
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.

Monitor HR metrics and present reports to management.

Oversee day-to-day office administration including facility management, supplies, and office support services.

Manage company assets, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules.
-
Supervise administrative team, PRO/visa officer, and support staff.

Coordinate logistics for project sites: accommodation, transport, uniforms, tools.

Ensure proper documentation, filing, and archiving of contracts, correspondences, insurance policies, and legal documents.
Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.

Support HSE and compliance departments in maintaining company certifications (ISO, QHSE etc.).

Facilitate audits and ensure timely renewal of licenses, insurances, and permits
Skills and abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or management, HR certification is a plus.

7- 10+ years’ experience in HR, five of which in a supervisory role, preferably in fitout, construction industry.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, visa and immigration processes.

Proficiency in HR systems, MS Office, and payroll coordination.
