Human Resources Manager

Health Haven is a growing behavioral health and clinical research organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This role will also provide administrative and organizational support to the CEO as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations across Health Haven locations
• Ensure compliance with federal and Florida employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, etc.)
• Maintain and update the employee handbook, HR policies, and SOPs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and HR guidance

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and research roles
• Develop and maintain job descriptions
• Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and manage onboarding
• Ensure employment documentation, credentialing, and compliance requirements are met

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Manage bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing
• Oversee benefits administration, enrollments, renewals, and employee communications
• Track PTO, leaves of absence, and timekeeping accuracy

Performance Management

• Coordinate employee performance reviews and evaluations
• Support leaders with documentation, performance improvement plans, and corrective actions
• Maintain accurate personnel files and records

Administrative Support to CEO

• Provide organizational support to the CEO
• Assist with confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Support special projects and follow-up coordination
• Handle sensitive executive matters with discretion

Strategic HR Support

• Assist with workforce planning and organizational growth
• Support HR audits, compliance activities, and reporting
• Help foster a compliant, professional, and mission-driven workplace culture

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
