Human Resources Manager

We’re building a new team and hiring an HR Manager to lead recruitment and set up HR processes. You’ll manage an immediate hiring round of 10 new roles and help shape our work culture.

📍 Office Location: Dextersol, near Gloria Jean’s Coffees – Johar Town

💰 Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000

• Full-cycle recruitment (tech & non-tech)
• Hire 10 people in the first phase
• Create onboarding flows, HR policies, and documentation
• Handle contracts, payroll inputs, and compliance
• Support employees and maintain a positive work environment

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience
• Strong recruitment skills
• Able to set up basic HR processes
